Service scope and terms
For new engagements from 30 October 2026.
Who supplies the service
Relocated.cy is operated by Sumly LTD (Cyprus company HE498829). Use the Contact us form on About us for platform service questions and cancellation requests. Independent lawyers, accountants and other regulated professionals accept their own engagements and invoice their professional work directly. No percentage of an advocate's fee is retained for a referral.
Formation coordination — €1,450 excluding VAT
One straightforward Cyprus limited company, one activity and up to two individual shareholders. Includes an intake call, an organised formation brief, document checklist, up to two consolidated document rounds, provider and filing coordination and status follow-up for 90 days. The appointed advocate prepares and signs any regulated legal work under a separately disclosed engagement and fee. Government fees, translations, certifications, office, secretary, nominee services, bank approval and ongoing accounting are separate.
EU registration coordination — €490 excluding VAT
One adult EU applicant, one standard MEU1 route connected with business activity, eligibility-intake coordination, one document checklist, two document-check rounds and appointment coordination for 90 days. Professional advice or representation, government fees, insurance, translations, biometrics and attendance costs are separate. Family-member and non-EU routes need a separate quote.
Tax residence and non-dom coordination — €890 excluding VAT
One individual and one tax year, intake and document organisation, a coordinated tax-residence and non-dom request, two consolidated information rounds and follow-up for 90 days. The independent tax professional assesses eligibility and accepts responsibility for advice or filings under its own disclosed engagement. Foreign tax advice, legal opinions, audits, disputes and later tax years are separate.
Self-employed registration coordination — €390 excluding VAT
One individual, one business activity, an organised tax and Social Insurance registration brief, one consolidated information round and progress follow-up for 60 days. Ongoing bookkeeping, tax returns, permits, professional advice and foreign registrations are separate. IP Box tracking and third-party software subscriptions are separately quoted provider services.
Total price and changes
Consumer totals at 19% VAT are €1,725.50 formation coordination, €583.10 EU registration coordination, €1,059.10 tax residence/non-dom coordination and €464.10 self-employed coordination. Actual VAT treatment is confirmed in the quote. Required independent professional work and official costs are itemised before commitment; these coordination fees are not all-in professional-service prices. No automatic renewal or ongoing subscription is created by ordering a one-off coordination service.
Written scope and changes
Your accepted order identifies the supplier, deliverables, assumptions, total price, applicable VAT and excluded costs. Additional work starts only after you accept a separate written quote. Existing accepted engagements retain their agreed prices and terms. A website price change does not alter an existing contract.
Payment and delivery
Project work is funded in advance by the agreed stage; recurring work is billed monthly in advance. Third-party charges require your approval and are itemised separately. Delivery estimates start after acceptance, payment and complete information. If required information or payment is missing, we give notice and agree how affected work will be paused or rescheduled, subject to professional duties and applicable law.
Cancellation and unused advances
You may cancel future work by written notice. We account for work actually delivered and authorised non-recoverable third-party costs, and return the unused balance of any advance. Monthly services renew monthly with 30 days notice to end or reduce the service. We provide an agreed handover; cancellation does not remove accrued fees or statutory rights.
Consumer withdrawal
Where you contract as a consumer at a distance and a statutory withdrawal right applies, you have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw. Work during that period starts only on your express request. If you withdraw after requesting an early start, only the lawful proportionate charge for work delivered is payable. The right ends on full performance only with the required prior express consent and acknowledgment. Contact the supplier identified in your order to withdraw; no special wording is required. Mandatory consumer rights prevail.
Responsibility and remedies
We are responsible for our own contracted services. Independent professionals are responsible for their separately contracted work. Report an error promptly with the relevant reference so it can be investigated and corrected. No result, authority approval, tax saving, sale price or uninterrupted third-party service is guaranteed. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights. These terms do not extend legal deadlines.
Package supplier and arranged third-party work
We are a technology platform, not a law firm, authorised accounting practice or estate agency. You pay Impactify LTD for the stated platform package. We match you with suitable independent providers and arrange and purchase the third-party work expressly included in your accepted fixed-price scope. Regulated work is performed by the appropriately authorised professional under any required separate engagement.
Sumly LTD operates the website. Impactify LTD is the contracting party and payment recipient for checkout packages. Existing accepted contracts remain unchanged.
